The Mindfulness Project is whatever you want it to be.
For me, it started a year ago, when I realized I needed to find a conscious way to be present in my own life. It was my way of jumping off the hamster wheel and getting my thoughts aligned.
I began dedicating at least an hour a day to drawing. The art work you see in the catalog is all a product of a year's worth of consciousness.
Some people like the notebooks as journals, others find them useful for taking notes, drawing even making to-do lists! I want to inspire you to make your Mindfulness Project whatever feels right for you.
